Exercising the Right to Bear Arms?

It is 11:35 pm and there are four days until the Fourth of July. However some of my neighbors and local residents are exercising their “Right to Bear Arms”. Unfortunately as I listen to the rounds of gunfire popping off around my Northwest Detroit neighborhood, I can not help but wonder if those folks ever read the Constitution. I realize how lucky I am to be a citizen of this country with the option to move almost anywhere my income allows me to do so. However after discovering a bullet hole outside in the siding of my house last week, I am reminded how recklessly some exercise that right to bear arms. Luckily if the bullet had penetrated the wall, it would have make it through the insulation before it would have lodged in the wall of the upstairs room. I thank God that it did not penetrate that far and that no one in the family was hurt, but I am definitely ready to move now. I just hope God allows me the opportunity to move on also.
